At Deon Energy, we’re building the future with solar, and we’re looking for someone who can manage the execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects with precision, ownership, and on-ground leadership.

🏗️ Your Key Responsibilities:

📍 Project Execution

Oversee end-to-end execution of solar PV projects (Ground-Mounted).

Conduct site surveys, load analysis, shadow studies, and feasibility checks.

Prepare and interpret BOQs, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and layouts.

🧰 On-Site Supervision

Supervise installation teams to ensure timely & quality execution.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design teams.

Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance protocols are strictly followed.

📝 Project Documentation

Maintain site execution reports, daily progress updates, and handover docs.

Assist in commissioning and testing of solar systems.

Liaise with DISCOMs and other authorities for approvals and inspections.
