We are seeking an experienced and skilled Solar Engineer to join our team at Skyy Skill. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar manufacturing, installation, and training activities, ensuring efficient project execution and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field.
3–7 years of proven experience in solar manufacturing, installation, and training.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, panels, and balance of system (BOS) components.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar design and simulation tools.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical teams.
