Job Title: Solar Installation Engineer / Solar Project Engineer

Location: Bandra Location

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solar & BESS Installation Engineer with strong technical expertise in solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site installations, module selection, and ensuring project execution with visibility and efficiency. Knowledge of battery energy storage systems and other renewable energy sources will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge to compute Solar & BESS installation systems/ procedures.
• Plan, supervise, and execute end-to-end solar & BESS installation projects.
• Identify and select appropriate types of solar modules and components for installations.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and ensure visibility for optimal solar generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and business needs in solar energy.
• Integrate battery energy storage systems (BESS) into solar power projects when applicable.
• In depth Knowledge of WBS project, scheduling, timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and after-installation processes and upkeep the systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging solar technologies, and renewable energy solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in solar project execution and installation.
• Strong knowledge of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, transformers, BESS Technology and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with different renewable energy technologies (wind, hybrid, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
