own the complete technical design lifecycle

• Prepare

  concept layouts

  for ground-mounted solar plants (0.5 MW to 10+ MW)
• Design

  DC & AC system architecture

  (DC/AC ratio optimisation)
• Inverter selection & string sizing (Solis / Sungrow / String & Central)
• Layout planning: inverter placement, internal roads, drainage, washing paths
• Structure design coordination (fixed tilt / seasonal tilt / SAT)

• DC string design, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations
• AC side design: LT panels, transformers, RMU, HT panels
• 11kV / 33kV evacuation planning (single & double circuit)
• Earthing & lightning protection system design as per IEC / IS standards

• PVsyst simulations (CUF, losses, degradation assumptions)
• Generation modelling aligned with

  Gujarat RE Policy & GERC rules

• Support generation guarantees & client techno-commercial discussions

• AutoCAD drawings: GA, SLD, cable routing, earthing layouts
• Discom submission drawings & coordination
• Support statutory approvals and audits

• Coordinate with:
• Project execution team
• Structure vendors
• Inverter & module suppliers
• Provide site-level design clarifications during execution
• Ensure design intent is maintained on ground

• Support

  BESS integration (Launching Soon)

• Standardise Rocket Power design templates & checklists

• Build a design playbook

  for repeatable premium projects

• AutoCAD

• Strong understanding of:
• Ground mount EPC design
• Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy
• IEC / IS electrical standards
• Practical exposure to:
• ≥5 MW cumulative ground-mounted projects
• 11kV evacuation systems
• Excel-based calculations & reports

• B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Diploma candidates with strong EPC experience may be considered

• Ownership mindset (not a drawing operator)
