We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Solar Consultant - Sales to join our team and help us drive the adoption of sustainable energy solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead Field Sales & Customer Engagement: Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to assess their energy needs. You will travel to residential and commercial properties to present customized solar solutions, perform on-ground demos, and close sales to meet company targets.
• Manage Your Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently generating new leads and ensuring you achieve your monthly order goals. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Handle Documentation & Post-Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end documentation for customer onboarding. You will ensure a smooth transition to the post-sales and installation teams and serve as a key point of contact to address customer queries and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Utilize Data & Reporting: Use our CRM or other platforms to accurately track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions. You will provide regular reports on your pipeline status and conversion rates to the sales leadership team.

What We're Looking For

• A graduate from any stream.
• 1–5 years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and a self-motivated approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
