Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in the Software Upgrade Services team, you will perform software Testing and verification duties, engage in functionality and node testing, submit status event reports on time, and maintain the Key Performance Indicators established by the Software Upgrade Services Project Team. You have: B.E / B.Tech Engineer graduate in Telecommunication / Computer / Software / Electrical Engineering or equivalent course with5+ years of relevant experience in Customer support. Radio LTE/5G & Cloud RAN Products(NADCM/Airframe)Supports for software upgrades, feature activation -Plan preparation and execution. Basis troubleshooting skills expected. Usage of various log collection & processing tools. It would be nice if you also had: Good knowledge delivery of status report /event report on time and maintaining agreed KPI . Executed Method of Procedure, upgraded tools, and performed pre-post check. Involve remote Software Release/Change delivery/on top of Upgrade activity. Involve in troubleshooting of issues raised after the upgrade. Method of Procedure Testing. Co-ordination with various teams, i.e., Network Performance optimisation team, Customer. Software Release Verification/acceptance. Pilot & Mass deployment. Technical expert support to the team from a deployment perspective.
