Role Description

This is a part/full-time hybrid role for a Software Trainer, based in Chennai. The Software Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to equip students with the skills needed to efficiently learn and excel in CDAC programmes.

Role:

We are seeking passionate, experienced Trainers to deliver theoretical and hands-on instruction for our ACTS courses, including (but not limited to):

• PG Certificate Programmes / PG Diploma courses in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Embedded Systems, VLSI, Cybersecurity & Forensics, HPC, and related domains. C-DAC
• +2C-DAC

• Certificate courses, faculty-development programmes, workshops, academic-collaboration courses, etc. C-DAC

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and lab sessions (in-person or online as per centre requirements)
• Guide students in understanding advanced computing concepts, practical projects and industry-standard tools/technologies
• Prepare course materials, assignments, assessments in alignment with C-DAC curriculum
• Mentor students; support them through projects, labs, and placement-oriented learning

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong academic background (preferably B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc in relevant disciplines)
• Proficiency in one or more of: AI & Data Science, Big Data, Embedded Systems, VLSI, Cyber Security, HPC, Software / System Programming, etc.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, academic instruction, lab sessions, or industry training programs — ideally in advanced computing/engineering domains
• Familiarity with curriculum delivery, lab management, and hands-on practical teaching
• Good communication skills and ability to mentor and guide students
