Job Title: Software Testing Trainer / Faculty

Location: Arcraft Infotech, Vyttila, Kochi
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can also apply)

Job Description:

Arcraft Infotech is looking for a passionate and dedicated Software Testing Trainer / Faculty to train students and professionals in manual and automation testing concepts. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and practices, along with the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing (Selenium/other tools), SDLC, STLC, Test case preparation, Bug tracking tools (like JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments for students.
• Guide and mentor students through practical sessions, real-time scenarios, and projects.
• Keep updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry practices.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in curriculum design and improvement of training modules.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect Life Cycle, SDLC, STLC.
• Basic understanding of Automation Testing tools (Selenium preferred).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for students.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn new tools & technologies.

Qualification:

• Any Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Candidates with certifications in Software Testing will be an added advantage.
