Software Testing Trainer

**Job Description:** As a Software Testing Instructor, you will play a vital role in imparting knowledge and guidance to individuals seeking to enhance their skills in software testing. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing instruction on software testing methodologies, both manual and automated, to students with varying levels of experience. - Sharing real-world examples and practical applications to ensure a comprehensive understanding of testing concepts. - Mentoring students in improving their testing techniques and strategies for different types of testing such as UI, API, backend, performance, and security testing. - Assisting individuals in gaining proficiency in tools and technologies commonly used in software testing, including Java, Python, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, BDD/Cucumber, Postman, and JMeter. - Guiding students in incorporating Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices into their testing processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing, encompassing both manual and automated testing. - Prior experience in training or teaching, with a preference for instructional or mentoring roles. - Certifications such as ISTQB, automation framework certifications, or cloud/platform-specific credentials are advantageous. **Additional Details:** The company offers job types for both full-time and part-time positions, with an expected commitment of 10 to 14 hours per week.
