About the Role

GoodPegg is looking for a motivated fresher for Software Testing (QA) and Management/Coordination tasks.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in Quality Analyst, Project coordination, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of mobile and web applications.
• Identify bugs, document them properly, and report to the development team.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely fixes.
• Learn and gradually use tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Postman (training will be provided).
• Support project managers in planning and tracking tasks.
• Maintain basic project documentation, reports, and progress sheets.
• Coordinate between internal teams for updates.
• Assist in basic HR/administrative tasks when required.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of software development and testing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Organized, disciplined, and willing to take responsibility.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, documentation, and computer operations.

Education

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA

OR

• BBA / MBA / Any graduate with interest in IT & coordination roles.
