Role Overview: GoodPegg is seeking a motivated fresher to join as a Software Testing (QA) and Management/Coordination professional. This role is well-suited for individuals looking to establish a solid groundwork in Quality Analyst, Project coordination, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual testing of mobile and web applications. - Identify bugs, document them accurately, and report to the development team. - Coordinate effectively with developers to ensure timely bug fixes. - Learn to operate tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Postman (training will be provided). - Assist project managers in task planning and tracking. - Maintain essential project documentation, reports, and progress sheets. - Facilitate communication between internal teams for updates. - Support in basic HR/administrative tasks when necessary. Qualification Required: - Basic understanding of software development and testing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Organized, disciplined, and ready to shoulder responsibilities. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, documentation, and computer operations.
