Job Description

We are currently seeking a Software Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will be working closely with the development team to identify issues and ensure smooth functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and execute test cases to identify software defects.
Document and report defects using JIRA.
Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues.
Perform regression, functional, and performance testing.
Ensure the product meets high-quality standards.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in software testing.
Hands-on experience with JIRA for bug tracking and test management.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Local candidates preferred.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

Experience in automation testing.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
