Software Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a QA Tester [Automation is must] to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain automated tests: Create automated test scripts and comprehensive test frameworks for various testing types, including functional, regression, and performance tests.
• Execute tests and analyze results: Run automated test suites and analyze the results to identify software bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Defect management: Log, document, and track software defects and their status, working with developers to resolve them.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and other stakeholders to understand software features, identify testing needs, and develop effective solutions.
• Create test plans: Develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on system requirements and business needs.
• Perform regression testing: Ensure that new changes or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
