Software Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, your role involves providing technical support to end users in the Indian market for HRMS software. This includes assisting users via phone calls, emails, tickets, and remote assistance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software technical issues, performing data migration tasks, and conducting software training for end users. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to the software - Conduct product training sessions for end users - Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in ad-hoc projects and provide consultancy services on HRMS software - Implement best practices to improve response time, issue resolution, and ticket management - Optimize workflows to prevent backlogs and ensure smooth team operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience - Preferably have experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Onsite, and Desktop support systems - Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills are an added advantage - Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Please note: This is a full-time position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, and working from the office is mandatory. The work timings are in the general shift from 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
