Software Support Engineer

As a highly motivated tech support engineer with experience and curiosity in electronics hardware and software, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our company's products. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to diagnose and resolve issues, utilizing your engineering skills. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat, assisting them in identifying and resolving technical issues related to Spintly hardware and software products. - Utilize diagnostic tools developed by Spintly to troubleshoot and solve issues effectively. - Run Python scripts and other automation tools to streamline the debugging and testing process. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for hardware and software products, including manuals, guides, and FAQs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. - Acquire in-depth knowledge of products to understand how to resolve issues effectively. - Stay updated on the latest hardware and software technologies and trends. - Travel to customer sites for training or understanding requirements. Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma / B.E or equivalent in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Computer science. - Strong interest and knowledge of electronics hardware, wiring, and basic concepts. - Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python or similar. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
