Software Support Engineer

The role of Software Support Engineer requires you to provide on-site client support as and when necessary at Nagpur location. As an ideal candidate, you should hold a degree in computer science and preferably possess experience in ERP Support, particularly in the educational sector such as colleges or universities. It is essential to have a strong background in ERP technical support and possess technical knowledge in various programming languages. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating sound knowledge in programming languages, particularly PHP, along with a thorough understanding of implementation and training processes. Experience with ERP software, especially in the educational and enterprise sectors, will be beneficial. Effective communication skills coupled with an IT background are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have experience in understanding program flow, MYSQL, and a good command of MS-EXCEL. Furthermore, you should be capable of providing demonstrations to clients on the application. This is a full-time position, but remote work is also possible. The salary for this role ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 per month, and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a support developer is required.,
