Software Support Engineer

As a fresher, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients both remotely and onsite. Your primary job functions will include installation, training, service, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing of software products. You will work closely with internal teams to identify system requirements, test products for deficiencies, and suggest improvements in the quality assurance process. Additionally, you will provide guidance to clients on product usage, track quality assurance metrics, convey customer feedback to the development team, and assist the sales team with pre-sales technical support.
