You should have a Graduate qualification with 1 to 3 years of Experience in Service Co-ordination. As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues, scheduling engineers for customer visits, maintaining feedback records, and handling reports and MIS. You will need to ensure timely documentation filing, track active complaints, update CRM with service calls, and provide regular service reports to the manager. Your role will also involve coordinating between engineers and customers, ensuring completion of maximum service calls, collaborating with the service team to meet targets, and coordinating with other regions. You will be responsible for managing principals for Spares, Manuals, and Technical Assistance, generating Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), submitting quotations for AMC, Service, and Spares, and managing the team to ensure accurate documentation and engineer availability at customer sites. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills, functional knowledge of CRM, and basic computer skills.
