Job Description: PHP Developer (Education Domain) Job Title: PHP Developer Location: [Remote] Employment Type: [Full-time] Experience Level: [4 to 5 years] --- Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable web and mobile applications, preferably in the education domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the learning experience for students and educators. --- Key Responsibilities Backend Development: Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP (preferably frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony). Optimize backend services for performance and scalability. Design and manage APIs for seamless integration between web and mobile platforms. Database Management: Work with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance. Education Domain Customization: Develop features specific to the education domain, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and student management systems. Collaborate with educators and administrators to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Code Quality and Collaboration: Follow coding best practices and ensure code quality through reviews and testing. Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to meet project goals. --- Required Skills and Qualifications Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony. Solid knowledge of core PHP. Proficiency in RESTful APIs and JSON data exchange. Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React). Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database optimization techniques.
