Software Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and providing technical support for our software solutions. You will collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Note: We are looking for candidates based in Gujarat, with preference given to local candidates.

Responsibilities:

· Deploy and manage software solutions based on Java Spring Boot and Angular as standalone Linux services and also in containerization platforms like Kubernetes.

· Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot issues in a Linux environment.

· Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment.

· Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or ticketing system.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software solutions and infrastructure.

· Document issues, their resolution, and create knowledge base articles.

· Work closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to understand software solutions and their deployment.

· Provide feedback to the development team regarding common customer issues and enhancement requests.

· Administer and maintain MySQL databases.

· Perform routine database backup, optimization, and performance tuning.

· Suggest improvements to deployment and support processes.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Kubernetes, Linux, and DevOps.

· Create and maintain technical documentation related to deployments, troubleshooting, and support processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
