Software Support Coordinator

Job Title: Software Support Coordinator (Internship) Duration: 3 Months (with potential for full-time based on performance) Stipend: ₹5,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a *Software Support Coordinator*. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve their technical queries and ensuring a smooth user experience with our software products. Key Responsibilities: * Communicate directly with clients via email, chat, or phone to understand their software-related issues or inquiries. * Troubleshoot basic technical problems and provide timely, effective resolutions. * Collaborate with the development and QA teams to escalate and track complex issues. * Document common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for internal and client use. * Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and gather feedback. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in client interactions. Requirements: * Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). * Basic understanding of software systems, applications, and troubleshooting. * Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner. * Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. * Proficiency in using common tools like email, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): * Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Prior experience in customer support or helpdesk roles. * Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM software. Stipend & Growth Opportunity: * A monthly stipend of ₹5,000 will be provided during the 3-month internship period. * Based on your performance, there is potential for a full-time offer with a revised compensation package after the internship period.
