Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

The Accountant (Fresher) will assist in managing daily accounting operations across multiple business segments — Chit Funds, Software, and Other Services. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers for all three divisions (Chit Funds, Software, Other Services).
• Assist in preparing and verifying invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records and files.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and expense tracking.
• Learn and use accounting software tools effectively (e.g., Tally).
• Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresher (0–1 year).
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under supervision.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to different financial domains.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
