Budget : up to 10 LPA 5 days 10AM-7PM ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.Researching key contacts of Architects MEP Consultants PMC for Commercial RealEstate projectsGenerating own leads and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure)Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies use cases etc.) to buildrelationships with stakeholdersCreating client demos/ presentations quotes/ proposalsProviding accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRMA track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targetsWe’ re looking for someone who 1. Has proven experience of 1 + years in IoT and SaaS industry selling products/solutions tovarious stakeholders such as the architects MEP consultants and PMC community2. Has experience of working directly with Facility managers consultant architects design &build HVAC consultant lighting consultant PMC and Specify our products solutionsgetting necessary approvals.3. Willing to work in a 20-80 environment of office and field environment4. Has knowledge of the technical specifications procurement process decision makingcriteria processes used in the industry etc5. Team player with excellent oral & written communication presentation skills and must beable to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.6. Well organized analytical detail-oriented and quality-minded able to eliminate salesobstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Good to have 1. Worked on CRM Tools2.
