Job Description

As a Software Sales Executive / Manager at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive sales of customized software solutions by engaging in consultative selling, understanding client requirements, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify prospects across various industries in need of customized software solutions. - Comprehend client business needs, pain points, and workflows to suggest the most suitable solution. - Work closely with the technical/product team to develop personalized demos and proposals. - Present, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients ranging from SMEs to large enterprises and institutions. - Nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. - Achieve sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in IT/software sales, enterprise sales, or solution-based sales. - Possess strong consultative selling and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. - Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, tech, and marketing. - Ability to manage prolonged sales cycles and high-ticket deals. - Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/IT (MBA preferred). Nice to Have: - Previous involvement in custom software development sales or ERP/CRM solutions. - Established network/relationships with decision-makers in target industries. - Experience in handling RFPs and large institutional sales.
