Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact between clients and internal teams, understanding client needs and offering tailored product or service solutions, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products/services, regularly following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar customer-facing role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset with a passion for client service, the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions accordingly, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Key skills required for this role include IT sales, software sales, sales, generating new business opportunities, delivering presentations, and conducting field sales.,
