Responsibilities: Execute manual testing procedures for IT applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies. Report, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Participate in test planning and review sessions, providing feedback to improve software quality. Ensure the consistency, usability, and overall quality of software products. Must-Have Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in manual testing of IT applications. Proficiency in creating detailed test plans and test cases. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with bug tracking systems like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium). Basic understanding of SQL and databases for data validation.
