Software QA Engineer

You will be working as a Quality Analyst at Technology Mindz, a unit of Prachit Technology Services Pvt Ltd, based in Jaipur. Your main role will involve testing products to ensure they meet the organization's quality standards. You will work closely with a small team to perform quality tests, validate test cases, and make sure that products, software, and systems meet the required quality standards before being shipped to consumers. **Responsibilities:** - Identify and rectify defects in the production process - Recommend, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective actions to maintain quality assurance standards - Compile and analyze statistical data - Ensure that user expectations are fulfilled during the testing phase - Develop quality assurance policies and procedures - Investigate customer complaints and product issues **Requirements and Skills:** - Proven experience as a Quality Analyst (Manual) or similar role - Proficiency in quality inspection, auditing, and testing - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good computer skills with knowledge of QA databases and applications - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail - Relevant training or certifications as a Quality Analyst - Familiarity with testing terms and hands-on experience in projects - Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, and Regression Testing **Additional Details:** Technology Mindz, a unit of Prachit Technology Services Pvt Ltd, is a company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
