Software QA Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a Software QA Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in manual testing. The role requires strong skills in manual QA testing, documentation, process writing, and requirement analysis. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into testable deliverables.Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Ensure coverage across functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
• Prepare QA documentation (Test reports, Process documents, Release notes, SOPs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, use cases, and analyze requirements.
• Create and manage process workflows, wireframes, and requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
• Facilitate communication between business teams and development teams.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing scenarios and coordinating with users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Manual Testing & QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience in documentation and process writing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
