What we ask for :

Software Product Manager plays a crucial & critical role in driving the success of digital platforms for the

Bank. Product Manager bridges the gap between Business stakeholders (who owns the business) and

engineering team. As a Software Product Manager you:

 Will be part of Technology team.

 Own the Product and ensure Product is successful

 Define the Product Vision & define the success (like KPIs) of the Product by aligning it with

customer needs, market demands and business goals.

 Seek customer feedbacks, analyze user behavior and use customer insights to drive product

improvements.

 Create Product roadmaps and align different Product Increments for Product success.

 have domain knowledge on India stack - open banking (UPI), Lending(Loan), RBI regulations, and

Systems ( KYC, UIDAI) and apply the domain knowledge to solve Bank business problems.

 Have forward thinking and apply that working backwards.

 Do research across different enterprise teams to present one view of the Product. Example of

different enterprise teams

o Compliance

o Risks

o Operations

o Cross Functions

 Create and maintain Product Requirements through different means

o User Journeys

o PR/FAQ documents

o Epic, User Stories, Acceptance Tests

 Define, describe Product Non Functional requirements

 Review wireframe, user experience design for alignment to product success

 Understand, define integration (Product, Business, Technical)

 Have ability to influence KPIs like Total Cost of Ownership, maintainability so on.

 Own and ensure that execution is inline with the vision of the Product.

 Practice, Coach agile ways of working with all stakeholders

 Participate in the Sprints of Product & Engineering to actively drive towards product success

 Review sprint demos & provide feedback to scrum teams

 Conduct User Acceptance Testing, Closed User Group product acceptance

 Provide one view of Product, Program progress (by tracking to KPIs) to stakeholders

Ideal Profile :

Education background :

Under graduation in Engineering,

Post graduation (MBA) preferred.

Certifications

 Agile certifications (Safe Agile)

 Scrum Product Owner (desired)

Experience range required

5-10 years

Skills:

 Strong communications skills.

 Customer centricity, obsession for customer

 Ability to manage stakeholders (product owners, business stakeholders, cross function

teams) to coach agile ways of working.

 Prior work experience in the product engineering/development desired.

 Prior experience in Indian Banking segment (Lending) and/or Fintech is desired.
