About Us:

We are a product-based company building large-scale Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS). Our products connect multiple platforms, including mobile apps, PC applications, and websites, through robust APIs. The product is primarily used in Japan, but all internal communication and development are in Punjabi and Hindi. Japanese-specific requirements are handled by our managers, who translate all necessary information. The ecosystem is containerised and deployed on AWS, offering engineers the opportunity to work on production-grade systems at scale.

We are looking for mid to senior Software Engineers to join our team and contribute to the development of our WMS/OMS products. The role primarily focuses on backend development using Python and FastAPI, with opportunities to work on the frontend using React.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance features and ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Build and enhance frontend interfaces using React.js
• Work with MySQL as the primary database and MongoDB where applicable
• Integrate multiple internal services via APIs
• Deploy and manage services in AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, security issues, and bugs
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Python and frameworks like FastAPI
• Solid understanding of MySQL; experience with MongoDB is a plus
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture
• Knowledge of Docker and containerised deployments is a plus
• Knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, CodeCommit, and pipelines is a plus
• Experience with version control using Git
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with frontend development using React.js
• Experience with CI/CD automation and cloud monitoring tools
• Experience working on production systems used across multiple platforms
