Role Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of software applications. Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards. Collaborate with senior engineers to gather requirements and specifications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct software testing and debugging to ensure functionality. Support the integration of system components and modules. Learn and implement new programming technologies and practices. Document software design processes and changes effectively. Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines. Assist in troubleshooting software issues and provide timely solutions. Contribute to team meetings and share progress updates on projects. Participate in software development and training workshops. Engage in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications. Gain exposure to various software development tools and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Understanding of programming languages such as Java and Python. Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of database management systems (SQL). Experience with version control systems like Git. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Detail-oriented with a passion for coding. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Exposure to Agile methodologies is a plus. Internship or project experience in software development preferred. Positive attitude towards feedback and continuous improvement. Availability to work on-site in India.
