Under general direction, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Develops software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms, including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Has system-wide responsibility on complex projects and components. Provides direction to team members and is a key contributor. May solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects. Provides coaching to junior-level employees. Role typically requires between 5 and 8 years of experience.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Azure DevOps / D365 Technical Consultant to support and manage our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps environments. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery and maintenance of our enterprise applications, ensuring robust CI/CD practices, secure infrastructure configuration, and seamless environment management.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform D365 system administration and environment configuration.
Manage and maintain LCS (Lifecycle Services) environments.
Support the transition from LCS to Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
Manage D365 components under PPAC for FO, CE, and Power Platform.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams on environment setup, refreshes, and issue resolution.
Design and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for build and deployment of D365 code.
Ensure proper CI/CD pipeline configuration and governance.
Manage code deployments, quality gates, and branching strategies.
Configure and maintain dashboards, queries, and work item tracking.

Preferred Skills :

Solid understanding of Azure resources, Azure Entra (formerly Azure AD), Resource Groups, Virtual Machines, Network Security Groups
Experience working with Azure Entra (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management.
Familiarity with basic infrastructure engineering tasks like Installation, configuration, Security and access controls experience in environment provisioning, access/security configuration, and deployment setup.
Proficient in pipeline development, build automation, and monitoring within Azure DevOps.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
