SQL Database Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design stable, reliable, and high-performance database systems.
• Optimize and maintain legacy systems and existing databases.
• Modify databases according to requests and perform necessary testing.
• Solve database usage issues and malfunctions.
• Liaise with developers to enhance applications and recommend best practices.
• Gather end-user requirements and translate them into system features.
• Develop technical and training documentation/manuals.
• Provide data management support to internal and external users.
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, and usability standards.
• Research and propose new tools, database services, and technologies.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  

Technical Skills:

• Minimum

  3+ years

  of proven experience as a

  Database Developer

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Microsoft SQL Server

  development.
• In-depth knowledge of

  data management concepts

  (permissions, backup/recovery, security, monitoring).
• Familiarity with

  .NET Framework

  ,

  JavaScript

  ,

  HTML

  , and

  PowerShell

  .
• Experience with

  software development

  and

  UI web applications

  is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
