• Must be available for at least

  4 hours during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST)

  business hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM CST)

Key Responsibilities:

• EDI System Design & Development:

  Develop and implement EDI solutions based on client and project requirements

• EDI Mapping & Transformation:

  Create and manage EDI maps to convert data formats (e.g., XML, X12, EDIFACT)

• Trading Partner Onboarding:

  Set up data exchange processes with new and existing trading partners

• System Maintenance & Support:

  Maintain existing EDI systems and troubleshoot technical issues

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

  Conduct system and transaction testing to ensure accuracy and stability

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed records of EDI processes, systems, and partner setups

• Adhere to SDLC:

  Work within Agile, Waterfall, or other software development life cycles using version control

• Stay Updated:

  Continuously improve skills and stay informed on the latest EDI standards and tools

Required Skill Set:

• EDI Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of EDI formats (X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, FTP)

• Mapping Skills:

  Proficiency in creating and maintaining EDI maps using industry tools

• Programming Skills:

  Hands-on experience with Java, C++, SQL, or other languages relevant to EDI

• Database Experience:

  Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

• Integration Platforms:

  Familiarity with tools like MFT, APIs, and other system integration methods

• Problem Solving:

  Ability to analyze and resolve EDI-related technical issues effectively

• Communication:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and documentation

• Project Management:

  Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines
