Job Description

Oracle BIP Report Developer Cloud HCM / HR Analytics

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Gather reporting requirements from HR/HRIS and business users.
Design and develop BI Publisher reports and HCM Extracts.
Create data models, RTF templates, bursting logic, and scheduling.
Optimize SQL queries for high-volume HCM datasets.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Work with functional and technical teams to validate report outputs.
Document report logic, parameters, and user guides.

Mandatory Skills

Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) / XML Publisher.
HCM Extracts and OTBI.
Advanced SQL / PLSQL skills.
Core HR and Payroll domain knowledge.
Familiarity with Pod alignment and data security.

Desirable Skills

Experience in Absence, Compensation, or Benefits modules.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
