Job Description

Hi,

Role: Software Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in software engineering or 3+ years at top-tier product companies
Comfortable switching between languages and tech stacks
Strong grasp of system design, algorithms, and problem-solving
Experience leading small teams or engineering initiatives
Excellent communication and leadership skills
(Bonus) Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial AI systems

Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of backend, orchestration, and platform services
Work across languages and frameworks — Python, Typescript, Java/Kotlin, or anything needed
Mentor junior developers and drive code quality and review processes
Collaborate with AI/robotics teams to integrate models and edge-device workflows
Own delivery pipelines, testing standards, and tech architecture decisions
Contribute to customer deployment, scale, and infrastructure readiness
