Job Title: RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / VBA / MS SQL)

Experience:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic RPA Developer with hands-on skills in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, VBA, and MS SQL. The role involves developing automation solutions, supporting production bots, and collaborating with business teams to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop end-to-end automations using
Blue Prism
and
VBA
.
Write optimized, error-free code; perform debugging, unit testing, and documentation.
Support production bots, fix issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Create PDD, SDD, and process documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate development stages clearly.
Mentor junior team members and follow coding standards and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with
Automation Anywhere
and
RPA Blue Prism
.
Strong knowledge of
VBA
and
MS SQL
.
Good understanding of RPA design principles and automation lifecycle.
Ability to analyze problems and convert them into technical solutions.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to
Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse

Blue Prism Professional Certification.
