🎯 Key Responsibilities

• AI-First Engineering: Integrate AI agents (Cursor/Windsurf) into your daily workflow for refactoring, unit test generation, and rapid prototyping.
• Scalable Backend: Design and build high-throughput microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Modern SDLC: Take ownership of the full lifecycle—from design and API documentation to performance tuning and deployment.
• Innovation: Actively provide feedback on how GenAI tools are boosting our internal developer productivity.
  

✅ Required Skills

• Must-Have: 3–6 years of robust Java experience with a deep understanding of Spring Boot and Microservices.
• AI Familiarity: Practical experience (or a strong desire to master) AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Windsurf.
• Cloud Awareness: Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
