Software Engineer

As an Inside Sales Representative, your role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide suitable solutions, and ensure a seamless sales process. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, whether through business directories or client referrals, and demonstrating a friendly and articulate approach to successfully closing deals. Key Responsibilities: - Implement creative strategies to reach out to potential customers and drive new business generation, taking full ownership of developing and nurturing your own sales pipeline. - Follow up with customers to qualify leads, whether self-generated or received from your team or OEM partners. - Engage with prospects and partners via various channels such as phone calls, emails, and webinars/tradeshows to cultivate leads and oversee the sales process until conversion to customer orders. - Collaborate with Channel Partner Inside/Outside Sales teams to transfer qualified leads and create quotes for customers. - Utilize technical support resources as needed while striving towards independent work proficiency. - Conduct professional sales presentations using phone and web technologies, conveying product knowledge effectively while aligning with company messaging. - Stay updated on industry technologies and support activities to analyze business generation effectiveness, both individually and at the company level. - Maintain detailed records of leads and activities in the CRM tool for tracking and monitoring purposes.
