Key Responsibilities

Research, test, and implement AI-powered workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com, LangChain, etc.).
Design and automate internal workflows to improve efficiency across different functions.
Assist in integrating APIs and data sources into workflows for seamless automation.
Document workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing AI workflows.
Explore emerging AI tools and propose innovative use cases for the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, ops, marketing) to identify areas for automation.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow tools.
Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
Familiarity with one or more automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com).
Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is preferred.
Problem-solving mindset with an eagerness to experiment and learn new tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have (Bonus)

Experience with AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API).
Exposure to databases and data pipelines.
Understanding of workflow optimization or process automation in a business context.
