In India, Bank of America operates in five locations under the entity BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), which serves as the operating company for the India operations of Global Business Services. Job Description This leadership role entails providing technical direction and oversight to a team responsible for delivering technology solutions. Key responsibilities include supervising the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex applications, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and ensuring coding practices and quality adhere to software development standards. The role involves managing multiple software implementations and demonstrating expertise across various technical competencies. Responsibilities - Over 10 years of team leadership experience with a strategic focus, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments. - Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for hands-on development. - Experience in enterprise-level architecture and solution-based development. - Desired skills include architectural design, design thinking, OpenShift containers, OAuth or SSO, Python FastAPI development, and stakeholder management with US-based teams. Requirements Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / M.C.A / MCA. Certifications (preferred): React, Python with SQL. Experience Range: 6 to 12 years. Foundational Skills - Thorough knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems. - Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or any RDBMS. - Experience in systems engineering and deployment. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation. - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. - Motivated and keen on continuous learning. - Broad understanding of information security principles.
