Software Engineer (Entry-Level)

We are hiring Software Engineers (Entry-Level) to join our team in Gurgaon and help build Visiblaze IQ, a next-generation cybersecurity posture and compliance platform.

This role begins with a 6-month internship/training period, giving you hands-on exposure to our stack, SaaS engineering practices, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Upon successful completion, high-performing interns will be converted into full-time Software Engineers with a competitive package and a fast-track career path.

• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of core product features
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code under guidance from senior engineers
• Assist in building APIs, integrations, and platform modules
• Learn and apply best practices in Git, CI/CD, and cloud-native development
• Support research on new technologies, tools, and security practices
• Help document code, architecture, and technical processes
• Work in an agile, collaborative startup environment

• Build and ship features that go live in the Visiblaze platform
• Gain hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies (AWS, APIs, microservices)
• Develop working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance concepts
• Transition from training tasks to owning small modules independently
• Earn a full-time offer as Software Engineer (₹6 LPA CTC)

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language (Python, Go, or JavaScript preferred)
• Basic knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• Familiarity with web development concepts (APIs, REST, microservices)
• Curiosity to learn cloud and cybersecurity technologies
• Good communication skills and ability to work onsite in Gurgaon

• Prior internship/project experience in software development
• Familiarity with GitHub, Docker, or AWS/GCP/Azure
• Understanding of Linux basics or security best practices

• Internship Period (6 months): Stipend of ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
• Full-Time Offer (post-internship): ₹6,00,000 per annum CTC
