As the platform grows, we re looking for engineers who enjoy owning systems, eliminating friction, and making infrastructure invisible to developers This role is for someone who wants to improve how software ships, runs, and heals itself

What You ll Do :

As a DevOps Engineer in the Platform Reliability team, you will strengthen automation, stability, and deployment workflows across the organization
You ll work across CI/CD, infrastructure, and runtime systems, enabling teams to move fast without breaking things

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that are fast, reliable, and fully automated

Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and predictable performance

Automate provisioning and configuration using IaC tools and reduce manual ops to near-zero

Set up and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting systems so failures are detected early

Work closely with backend and infra teams to streamline deployments and environment setup

Troubleshoot production issues end-to-end networking, containers, configs, or code paths

Improve developer workflows by building internal tooling and standardizing best practices

Contribute to initiatives around cost optimization, high availability, and disaster readiness

What We re Looking For :

2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar

Good command of Linux internals, shell scripting, and system debugging fundamentals

Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container lifecycle management

Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc

Comfort working with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

A mindset geared toward automation, reliability, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have :

Exposure to incident response, on-call practices, or production firefighting

Understanding of networking fundamentals VPCs, load balancers, DNS, routing

Experience in a fast-paced product startup environment

Background in optimizing cloud costs, scaling clusters, or improving deployment strategies
