Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Node.js
Build and optimize
RESTful APIs
for web and mobile applications
Work with
MongoDB
to design efficient schemas, perform batch operations, and write optimized queries
Implement advanced JavaScript concepts like
Promises, async/await, and error handling
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions
Maintain code versioning and workflow using
Git
Participate in troubleshooting, and debugging for backend-related issues
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

2–3 years of
Node.js
development with strong backend focus
Strong hands-on experience with
MongoDB
Proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+)
and understanding of advanced concepts (Promises, async/await, batch operations, etc.)
Strong knowledge of
REST API development
Experience with
Git
for version control
Excellent verbal communication skills

Good-to-Have (Optional Skills)

Experience with
React.js
or
Angular
for frontend development
Knowledge of
Elasticsearch
Familiarity with microservices or serverless architecture
