Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using various programming languages.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and implement scalable and robust systems using Agile principles and microservices architecture.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing technical oversight and coaching to junior team members.
Lead code reviews, design reviews, testing, and debugging activities at the application level.
Participate in routine and non-routine construction, automation, and implementation activities, ensuring successful implementation with architectural and operational requirements met.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of degree or equivalent experience in software development.
Excellent communication skills with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Familiarity with Agile principles and a strong team-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a high sense of ownership.
Proficient in multiple programming languages, including distributed programming.
Understanding of various frameworks and programming paradigms.
Experience developing applications for the JVM is preferred.
Proficiency in Kotlin or Java is preferred.
Exposure to microservices architecture, cloud-native development, NoSQL databases, and event-driven systems.
Strong experience with test-driven development, including writing unit and functional tests.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with tools like Kafka and Docker.
Experience building front-end applications using React is a plus.
