Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with 7+ years of hands-on

experience on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong capabilities in GRC

module implementation, ServiceNow Workspace development, portal customization, and

integration with third-party platforms. This role requires both technical expertise and a strategic

approach to optimizing GRC processes aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

? ServiceNow GRC Implementation:

o Design and configure GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk

Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management.

o Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports as per business needs.

? Workspace & Portal Development:

o Build and modify ServiceNow Workspaces specific to GRC.

o Create and enhance ServiceNow Portals, including catalog forms and widgets.

? Scripting & Customization:

o Develop client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).

o Optimize performance through efficient scripting.

? Integration:

o Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

o Monitor and resolve integration issues.

? System Admin & Support:

o Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and user support.

o Collaborate with business users to enhance GRC functionality and usability.

Required Skills:

? Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules

? Proficiency in ServiceNow Workspace and Portal development

? Advanced scripting knowledge JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes

? Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs

? Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

? Platform administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications:

? CIS Risk and Compliance

? CIS Vendor Risk (TPRM)

? CIS Business Continuity Management (BCM)

? CSA ServiceNow System Administrator

? CAD Certified Application Developer

? Experience with Agile methodology

? Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SecOps, ITOM)
