On a Day-to-day Basis
- Lead the design and development of BI modules and microservices using
Node.js
, Java (Spring Boot)
, and React
. - Work with the product team, architects, and other engineering teams to design solution, challenge assumptions to ensure successful executions, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure platform components.
- Contribute to the architecture and integration of
AI-driven and agentic workflows
to enhance automation, intelligence, and system adaptability. - Own the full software development lifecycle - from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers in modern engineering principles.
- Drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and observability through Automations.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and performance standards.
- Largely hands-on with coding, at the same time, you are the mentor for your team who helps them break complex problems into more manageable tasks that can be easily estimated
- Design and develop end to end working pipeline from hardware to the visual representation layer.
- Collaborate in DevOps and CI/CD processes for smooth and reliable releases.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development with demonstrated technical leadership.

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
