Job DescriptionIn this this role, you support in operationalizing the transformation of one of the most important processes in the Company, Product Costing. You will be the technical Subject Matter Expert for the newly developed Anaplan Product Costing tool, providing Anaplan technical expertise, system configuration, training, process management, and user support for all regional deployments.TasksReview Anaplan Technical documentation for understandingCreate desk procedures for Anaplan Administrator tasksPerform Testing for Administrator role during SIT/UATPerform system Configuration for locations as they deploy to the new toolSupport content creation for Anaplan User trainingProvide Hypercare and Production SupportAdminister system accessExecute data loads to Data HubCoordinate monthly process with users and Global Business ServicesTrouble-shoot and resolve technical and user issuesPerform minor enhancementsLead technical knowledge transfer to operationsKnowledge/ExperienceFluent English10+ years relevant business experience, including Anaplan development and support.“Hands on” experience supporting and/or leading global Anaplan projects and change initiatives. Polaris experience preferred.Proven experience identifying potential risks and informing all concerned partiesProven communication skills to connect between end-users and the implementation team.Resourceful and independent; thrives in a changing and dynamic work environment.Eagerly accepts stretch goals.
