Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through planning, development, and delivery
• Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, high-quality software systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to align development with business goals
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies
• Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities effectively
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and team performance
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for appropriate adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong technical background in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to manage and scale agile development teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Legal right to work in Singapore (Citizen, PR, or valid work pass)
