Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are hiring a Software Development Manager to lead and grow development teams, manage project delivery, and drive software architecture and engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead teams through all stages of the SDLC. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Mentor developers and conduct performance reviews. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with QA, DevOps, and Product. Advocate for best practices in architecture, testing, and DevOps. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience leading software development teams. Strong background in software architecture and full-stack development. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
